oggi vi porto con me alla Mostra D’Oltremare, un parco molto suggestivo nei pressi della stazione metropolitana di Campi flegrei di Napoli. La notizia positiva è che all’ingresso si paga soltanto un euro. Il parco è tenuto in ottime condizioni e ci sono diverse attrazioni all’interno, incluso un bar e una piscina. ☕️ Immersi nel verde, quasi di nascosto, sorge un’antica casina su un laghetto artificiale.

Ed è qui che si cela il mistero: gira voce, infatti, che si aggiri un fantasma di una donna.

Le versioni sono le più svariate: alcuni dicono sia una donna che per un amore impossibile si sia tolta la vita gettandosi nel lago. Altri sostengono di aver visto una donna vestita con abiti d’epoca che si aggira tra le finestre.

La casina, comunque, fu costruita nel periodo fascista nel 1940 e subì numerosi danni durante la seconda guerra mondiale, forse questi fattori, più il fascino del lago, hanno sviluppato questa leggenda urbana.

Ad oggi, la Mostra D’Oltremare di Napoli è un luogo adatto a grandi e piccini, ideale per fare picnic, passeggiate e bagni in piscina durante la stagione estiva (pagando un prezzo a parte). Buon avvistamento! 👻

Today I’m taking you with me to the Mostra d’Oltremare, a very charming park located near the Campi Flegrei metro station in Napoli. The good news is that admission costs only one euro, while entry is free for senior citizens. The park is very well maintained and offers several attractions, including a café and a swimming pool. Surrounded by greenery, almost hidden from view, stands an old pavilion set on an artificial lake.

And this is where the mystery lies: rumor has it that the ghost of a woman wanders there.

The stories vary. Some say she was a woman who took her own life by throwing herself into the lake because of an impossible love. Others claim to have seen a woman dressed in period clothing walking past the windows.

The pavilion was built during the Fascist era in 1940 and suffered significant damage during the Second World War. Perhaps these historical elements, combined with the charm of the lake, gave rise to this urban legend.

Today, the Mostra d’Oltremare in Naples is a place suitable for both adults and children, ideal for picnics, walks, and swimming during the summer season (for an additional fee).
